Description

Love creating things? Ever wondered how a flat piece of fabric becomes a three-dimensional shape, why some materials stretch while others hold their form, or what crocheting and 3D printing have in common?

In this hands-on course, you'll discover how art, creativity, and engineering come together. Learn to knit, crochet, sew, and 3D print while exploring the mathematics, materials science, and engineering principles behind your creations. Experiment with different materials, turn your own ideas into designs, and tackle creative challenges that combine artistic expression with engineering problem-solving. Along the way, you'll discover how the skills used in traditional crafts connect to cutting-edge technologies and real-world engineering.

Registration is not started yet. The registration opens on Sunday November 01, 2026 at 00:00 AM
